Parenting Plan Evaluations

$12,000 Flat Fee (additional costs may occur due to extensive document review, collateral calls, or home visits)

Includes record review, collateral interviews, psychological testing, clinical interviews, and integrated report writing. Does not include travel.

Forensic Psychological Evaluations / Trauma Evaluations

$275 hourly rate, billed in fifteen minute increments. $1500 retainer required, billed monthly.

Estimate provided after initial consultation.

Neuropsychological & Diagnostic Evaluations

$275 hourly rate, billed in fifteen minute increments. $2000 retainer required, billed monthly.

Used in cases of cognitive impairment, capacity, memory impairment, or functional assessment.

Fitness for Duty (employer-referred)

$800 Flat Fee

Used to assess readiness to return to work or psychological suitability for duty.

Rush Reports (Add-On Fee)

1 day = +$1,000
2–5 days = +$750
6–10 days = +$500

Expert Services

Expert Witness Consultation / Trial or Deposition Prep

$275/hour

Court Appearance

$1,850 half day / $3,000 full day

Travel expenses billed separately.

Deposition Appearance

$300/hour, $1500 retainer required

Record Review Only

$250/hour

One-hour minimum. Approximately 50 pages/hour.

• Professional Consultation / Training – $250/hour
• Legal Consultation – $350/hour

Travel Policy

Travel over 30 miles from Whitefish, MT is billed as follows:
By Car (personal vehicle): $0.67/mile + $175/hour travel time (after first 30 minutes)
By Car Service (i.e. lyft): Actual cost + 10% admin fee (no hourly travel fee)
By Rental Car: Mid-size rental + 10% admin fee; hourly travel fee may apply
By Air/Train: Ticket cost + 10% admin fee (economy class, fully refundable, unless otherwise required by time constraints)
Lodging/Meals (if more than half-day): Reimbursed at cost + 10% admin fee
Overnight Travel Flat Rate: $750/day (for day before/after court/eval); day-of follows hourly rate

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations < 48 hours: 4-hour minimum charge applies
No-show on scheduled day: 100% of expected fee applies
